White Teeth Maxxers GTFIH

What are some things you do/have done that worked?

I've tried over the counter crest strips but they didn't do much.

Lay off acidic foods. One reason your teeth are yellow is because your enamel is wearing down and the yellow dentin underneath is showing more. Get lots of calcium and vitamin K2 to help absorb everything.
As far as whitening treatments I have actually had the best luck with Wal-Mart brand whitestrips, srs. I know they have a couple different varieties but there's one I can't pinpoint that was a lot stronger than the typical Crest whitestrips you get. Whitestrips do work but the problem is a lot of them are weak as fuk in hopes of you using more of them and buying more boxes.

Only thing that works is that bleach gel the dentist gives you with a mold to place it overnight.

But it’s so strong it makes your teeth sensitive but it actually works, like a week you’ll see real results not BS from OTC strips.

This is speaking from experience, ask your dentist for the whitening bleach.

Baking soda toothpaste and hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash is all you need for pure whitening.

However you want to make sure your teeth are clean as this in turn makes them whiter. I highly recommend investing in an electric toothbrush amd waterpik flosser to prevent plaque build up.

Although plaque is inevitable no how matter how good your oral hygiene is so make sure you're going to a hygienist for a deep clean every 6 months.

Pic of my natty teeth:

Video of dental cleaning procedure I get every 6 months, I highly recommend the airflow as it's way more comfortable, quicker amd more affective at removing plaque:

electric toothbrush
whitening toothpaste in the morning + enamel toothpaste in evening
flossing
whitening gel
maybe do the whitening at a dental office every year or two and just maintain with whitening gel once every 2 weeks.
dental check up every 6 months

results may vary, not everybody can have super white teeth bc they aren't like that naturally. most people are going to have a slight shade to it regardless
