Doug & Dave claimed they made most & most were here in Southern England. But crop circle making was a hugely popular thing-especially from the late 1980's to the late 1990's. Funnily enough as soon as the media & public lost interest in UFO's/Crop Circles around the turn of the century the circles reduced greatly in number. One might ask why the aliens rarely if ever ventured up North to make them & seemed to concentrate on Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset & Hampshire.

While I would love Rendlesham, Roswell, Landrum/Cash etc to be aliens, all the creepy ghost stories etc to be supernatural, the reality is they aren't.

fake. the guy was a film maker or something like that to start with.

saw a show where a professional cameraman went to the same place and he was describing how its overly shaky and the like. Patterson was way closer than the film shows so he should have been able to get crystal clear video but had to go out of his way to blur it for effect. Plus being an experience film maker he would be well versed at how to stabilize the live shot and also how to make it look shakier on purpose.

Crop circle thing is odd though, Obviously most are fake but in all the time I have been miscing, never once has someone come on here saying they and their buddies are doing them. Seems something miscers would do.

Read the wiki page I linked. It's full of arguments for and against, as well as rebuttals. Like I said, I'm neutral and have always been skeptical of Bigfoot, but one thing that bothers me is that Gimlin supposedly wasn't in on it, but was armed with a rifle during the sighting. He had an oral agreement NOT to shoot if they encountered a bigfoot, but Patterson asked him to "cover me" while rushing up to take the video. If I'm the guy in a monkey suit out in the middle of the woods, I would not take that risk. All it would have taken would be Gimlin to decide in a split second that a dead bigfoot was better proof than a shaky video. You could argue that the guy in the monkey suit didn't know that Gimlin wasn't in on the hoax, but Patterson knew. If so, he's a legit psychopath because he EASILY could have been responsible for getting his buddy in the monkey suit shot by accident. It just doesn't add up to me. It's a miracle that Gimlin didn't shoot IMHO. I might have. Gimlin swears it was real and refused to talk about or capitalize on the film for many decades. So I don't know. Could be fake, but the circumstances of the fake were very risky...

Do you realize how fallible human memory is? It's amazing that witness testimony is almost always taken as 100% fact when it's so easy to forget even big details.

Is bigfoot real? Don't know, but that video is fake, 100%.

Unless bigfoot is supernatural, he can't exist.

There are animals where there's just a couple in existence. There needs to be a good number of creatures in order to have them mate, have genetic diversity, etc.

Seven foot tall primates aren't hiding in the woods in the US, lol.

Bigfoot is a Native American religious creature and is probably so ancient it's related to the Asian Yeti which has the same appearance and story behind it.

I'm not super knowledgeable on this topic, but I know there have been a variety of experts (ie costume experts, people who say the gait isn't human, etc) who have supposedly analyzed it and determined it couldn't have been a human.

I don't give a shyt either way (and think the video looks highly dubious myself), but throwing that out there.

Yes, we are aware there are forms of microscopic bacteria that synthesize sulfur at depths light does not penetrate and humans are essentially unable to travel to

this right here

was a non believer until someone else pointed out the muscle tremors when the creature walks. walks with immense force and huge impacts when it steps and the muscles "jiggle" accordingly

in comparison a top budget film like planet of the apes that came out shortly after didn't have costumes nearly as convincing

and for what it's worth jane goodall the chimp experts says it's very possible big foot is real and just extremely rare to see/hard to find

On one hand the skeptic in me would like to agree. On the other hand I've been hunting/hiking my entire life. I'm not sure how much time you've spent in the forests of the Pacific North West. But they are big and sparsely populated enough to hide anything. Even a population of a seven foot tall primates.

If you've ever seen Bears in the forests they can be nearly invisible until you are RIGHT on top of them. And large bears are easily as big (or bigger) then alleged big foot. Few humans ever even see Mountain Lions. Which are smaller of course but they also range in areas that are not densely forested and they can be invisible too.



I don't believe in Big Foot and won't until I see irrefutable evidence. However I think there is a possibility. Anyone who dismisses the possibility most likely has not spent much time in a true wilderness/forest.
