Check out my meat brahs.
11# brisket I smoked yesterday followed up with an overnight hot hold. Smoky, tender, juicy, deliciousness...

looks good OP.
I know it is standard to cut it in thin strips but I recently got brisket and the girl was new and she carved off a portion in a large hunk and gave it to me that way - I liked it a lot better in bite sized chunks over the strips. Anyone else tried that? Why is the thin strip the traditional way to serve it?

I didn't get good pics of the brisket I did Saturday because I was super busy hosting a family reunion, but here is the one I made about a month ago.
I think I did OK considering I don't have a smoker; I did this on a gas grill. It was 17.8 lbs before cooking. Shown is only about half of it.

Brisket is the most overrated POS on the planet.
THe only good part is that really fatty part. The rest taste like dry POS. and yes, Ive had all the good bbq..they're all the same. Same with pulled pork. dry POS.

Looks good, but you can fuk off with the pellet cooker comment. I've done both ways and it's 90% as good and 4000% easier with pellets. Some boys need the dumbest shyt to make them feel like men.
