Rate Jordan Peterson's Diet

It sounds neurotic, probably because he's an academic who does not do anything physical.

The description of his symptoms does sound significant.

Low Carb

– snoring stopped
– easy to wake up
– 7lbs per month without feeling hungry, 50 lbs total
– psoriasis disappeared (with weight loss)
– "floaters" in eye disappeared
– some mood comments hard to understand

Meat only

– anxiety lower than ever
– gingivitis from age 25, treated with surgeries throughout his life, all subsided.
– appetite "70%" lower
– stable blood sugar symptoms
– needs less sleep
– less depression
– numbness in legs gone (weight loss from diabetic neuropathy?)
– stronger

The gum disease seems most legit to me. He might have felt excessively neurotic to cause other symptoms. I think bloating caused the other symptoms.

Maybe the lack of sugars in the mouth stops feeding bacteria necessary for inflammation?
