Sometimes it's best just to fap

Had an intense urge for sex last week and today, tried to hit up two tinder sloots but said they were busy, sent ages browsing escort sites, texted about 6 different hookers who don't have many reviews but most of there prices/extras was ridiculous.

A fap a day is good. I think the rule of thumb is that if you fap and have post nut clarity and still want to hang out with the lady, then that’s what you should do.

Yeah I go through spells where I fap every day then don't do it for 3-4 days, sometimes even a week.
