Can't go a day without spending money

Anyone else have this problem? Almost everyday when I go out I'll go to the shops and spend chit on stuff I don't neccasirly need. Sometimes I do this with Amazon prime too.

For example other day I went to the pound shop just to get some chewing gum, ended up buying a some Hersheys and Reeces pretzels, more reeces cups and some AA batteries. Ended up spending £10 lol.

This has happened before where I'll go to Morrisons or Tesco and wmd up spending £20-30 quid lmao.

I still save 30-40% of my salary each month but because I live with my parents I barely have any bills to pay and have tons of disposable income.

If you’re prone to impulse purchases, thinking about when you shop can help you avoid overspending. And that can be critical when it comes to staying within your budget.

One strategy that can help is picking a certain day of the week or month to make purchases. Instead of buying something right away, wait until your designated day, such as Tuesdays or the last day of the month, to make the purchase.

By waiting, you give yourself time to decide if the item is worth the money. You may discover that you don’t actually need, or want, it after all.

At the very least, try waiting at least 24 hours before making any impulse purchases to root out temptation. That way, you are taking time to plan your purchase, rather than buying the item impulsively.

No, I'd describe myself as being pretty well-versed at budgeting. It's something you can work on.

Having said that - what's your budget for whores these days?

Probably spend anywhere from 1.2k-1.5k on whoremaxxing a year.

I've recently cut down on it to once a month at most so about £100 give or take.
