Not me bb.

Life has been tough and it isn't easy now.

But I'm feeling good. I'm ready to graduate.

Time to move on from the heavy heavy stuff that has been weighing me down for so long.

Now, the world? Yeah, the world is a mess.

Daily brah. I’m searching for reasons to remain hopeful and there are legitimate flashes of positivity here and there, but overall I’m pretty cynical about my future.

Sometimes it blows my mind that there are actually people living fulfilling happy lives like this. I can’t even fathom it. There’s not a job on earth I think I’d truly enjoy. My family dynamic is forever fuked because my mom is a bipolar kunt and all of my friends except for one have drifted away.

You know OP if you really wanted to be social, you master netflix and everything else they are talking about so that you could contribute to the conversation. Its all on you OP.
You are your thoughts. Life is perception, thoughts are perception, perception is reality ergo thoughts are reality, I think therefore I am.

You can be as free as you want to be. Srs.

Like losing weight freeing yourself is simple. It is NOT easy, but it can be simple.

FWIW:

- practice integrity: be honest with yourself, about your experiences, your choices, your abilities and options

- attempt acceptance of the present: this is not about quitting, it's about framing and kindness to yourself..."I'm where I'm supposed to be doing what I'm supposed to be doing and everyday I CAN do better I WILL do better."

- believe change CAN happen: so crucial...if you always think "I'm helpless to fix my life" then you will be helpless to fix your life

Change may require painful sacrifice. It could require a lot of work. Your life might not end up looking the way you want it to look.

But if you are living in a space of"not this", a space of "I don't want to live like this, but I don't want to die", then you must simply hold on, choose a course, start going and keep on going until your life no longer makes you long for death.

And if you get down sometimes? If you lose hope? If you get tired?

That is just the nature of the thing. Endure.

Fall apart. Continue. Piece it back together again.

And don't stop.

So that at least when the end comes you can rest knowing that you did every bit as good as you could do and didn't bring shame on your ancestors for what they paid to bring you here.

OP it sounds like these people dont know what to talk about, so why don't you teach them? Talk about what you wanna talk about and explain your ideas to them. If you don't like their conversation, start your own. its called being alfa

It's called LARP, fake it until you make it (lol, that works), or just straight up lies. Easiest thing to do is to compare someone's social media profile to them IRL. Huge difference every time. Now imagine the average Miscer IRL.

Nah, I'm the Kang in my workplace (dfs). The only one wearing sweatpants/hoodies to work, paid the most out of my coworkers, made my own schedule (3 day weekends) and can leave early without a word, 1-2 hour lunch if I feel like it, etc. I do the most work and get stuff accomplished ASAP though which is the reason for most of that. Feels good mayne. Listening to Post Melons RN. OP you kind of just seem like the pushover brah in your office
