What’s the most dangerous/criminal predominantly white country out there?

Is it one of those Eastern European former Soviet countries? I didn’t look it up yet because that’s no fun so I made a thread on the misc to find out.

It's not as dangerous as you're gonna get yourself killed. But there's lot of "petty" crime like robberiers, carjacking,etc. Wouldn't consider it a dangerous place overall
