Depends. Not sugar free though. Best drink at a chain right now is the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso at Starbucks.

Otherwise i normaly will goat an oatmilk cappuccino or flat white. I can’t tolerate much dairy anymore.

before teh brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso came around, i'd always get the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. it's around 110 calories

Damn that reminds me. The pumpkin cream cold brew will be out soon right around fall time/halloween. Thats another go to while they have it.

True story…. Used to always order “skinny” sugar free vanilla latte’s. Then saw my coffee shop girl at the gym, and we began being friendly.

She told me how all the girls judge guys who get such basic white girl drinks, and that I was too good looking for what I had been ordering. Said to switch to “quad shot americano w/ a little cream and sugar free vanilla”. Is good as an iced drink as well.

300 MG of caffeine from expresso. No thanks jeffe. I usually either do black coffee, oat/almond milk or Americano 2 shots, oatmilk and some sugar free caramel. This guy we went to the beach with made his own expressos every morning for his girlfriend/us and it was oatmilk and honey and was really good actually

I can prove how this story is total BS.
I used to order cappacino with light milk. Did it this way for ages.
The person taking the order usually tried to correct me and say 'You mean skinny?'

So wise guy. Tell me how to order a coffee without the person taking the order correcting what it's called and taking up time.
