7-8. I try to sleep the full eight hours when possible, I can definitely feel the difference when I sleep 8 vs 7

7.5 hours is what I've found to be the minimum to have a decent workout and be able to function properly at work

For most of my life up to my mid 40s I could get by on as little as 4-5 hours a night.

Not anymore. Need 7 and do best on about 8.

So weird it seems the older I get now especially last year I can only seem to get like 6-7 hours. Before I could sleep like 10 hours.

And I feel fine not sleepy or anything.
