Said it before and will say it again every time - stop sending them aid and stop allowing them to migrate out of their sh*thole countries to spread their disease.

The reason why those countries are poor is because of the people. When they migrate to other places they create the same ghettos they crawled out of, they are guilty and nobody else.

They are the makers of their own demise. They are poor, unemployed, lazy, stupid, selfish and irresponsible, yet all they do is continue to multiply the problem in huge numbers and try to spread it to other locations like a virus. They behave like a parasite and should be treated as such.

Those unstable nations with poor education can see their populations cut in half in a decade or two if the west steps away and they have worse weather than usual. Famine causing weather in East Africa happens every few decades. They've had modern humans living in them for 250,000 years but only saw their populations become substantial in the last 50 years. Hmmmmm. If we stop giving various African nations free to nearly free HIV meds, Africa's population will be lower in 2040 than it is today.

The African Union should seriously considering implementing a one child policy per country like China. Not only would it be better for the development of these nations (government of these countries will be able to effectively take care of its general population better because of a lower population which means more effective public goods/services and policies) also it's a lot easier for a family to financially take care of one child and raise them properly instead of 5 because more children can push more families into poverty because of a child's financial needs.

Also would be better for the rest of the world because of Earth's dwindling natural resources and a major factor for those dwindling natural resources is overpopulation can't sustain and properly allocate all these resources to billions and billions of people.
