call center (sales) advice

srs thread

Any brahs work in sales? I work in sales for a call center and get bonus for making sales and am pretty good at my job, but some sales still slip through my fingers.

Any advice? especially with convincing customer to set up service now rather than later on in their trial period, I usually tell them if they call back later to set it up they may have to wait on hold for a long period of time or I'll offer them a promotional as an incentive for setting it up now.

I work for siriusxm radio.

Measly reps for advice, even general advice.
