For God so repped the world, that he negged his only begotten Son, that whosoever reppeth in him should not be negged, but have everlasting reps.

I never really considered it before but I am going to train for it. I can do 25 pull-ups consecutively and almost 10 with a 45. I can't make any upward movement with one arm. Honestly hard to imagine it even being possible. Time to Cell Tech?

With all due respect the guy doing them is all upper body + core strength. If you got them beefy legs its going to be harder

OP if you're doing that much already you could train for it.
Good luck!

I will try tomorrow and check back in, I’m intrigued. At 320 ish it’s unlikely but I’ll give it hell.

I'm pretty good at pull ups, but I have no interest in doing that. You'd have to be a total twink for it to be possible and I'm trying to bulk mayne
Also biceps and bicep tendons get injured really easily so fuk that
