The amount of passive-aggressiveness and soy there is literally lol. It is basically self-proclaimed intellectuals who are still mad at Jeff for stealing all the girls in high-school.

The major problem is the upvote system. This is great for asking technical questions or questions where there is an exact correct response. The correct answer is on the top.

Take the lamest people you see when you venture into a big box store or 90% of the people who go to events like comic con, and that is the average redditor. You don't see those people socializing outside of those things which don't happen often. You'll never see a redditor at a bar/pub/brewery/club. They are terrified of social interaction, especially if it doesn't fit a niche group they are already part of. Yet they still want to exchange ideas with others but not have those ideas challenged which leads them to online echo chambers like reddit/imgur/tumblr. Of course you have the opposite end of the spectrum and you get the incel crowd that ends up in places like 4chan.

Both groups are frighteningly alike too. Neither side wants to accept responsibility for any of their life. Its always someone or something elses fault. Didn't get that job, the company is racist/sexist/mysoginist/woke/misandrist. Girl rejected you, shes a whore anyway, not because your 100 pounds overweight with a **** job and still living at your parents house. Chad rejects sloot, well hes a part of the oppressive patriarchy and a sexist, not that the sloot is a whale who act slike a bitch all the time.

Can confirm. I got a 7 day ban for correctly stating that the Indian versions of cell phones are made to poor standards compared to the same phone for US/EU markets, which is an objective fact but they thought it was racist.
So it's possible to be racist towards a phone, news to me.
