Spending a week in the western side of washington
NGL the forests are beautiful
And there is the ocean. Just got to the coast today and didn’t take any pictures other than my fukt up dinner due to wife prep and no grate for fireplace and poor equipment on my part. But tasted bomb even if shrimp marinade was pasted thick AF on one side and non existent on other.
Really wish I had time to hangout in the pass from Yakima that overlooks mount rainier. We had been on the road all day and needed to get to campsite. Was amazing and beautiful up that high, plants and wildflowers were like glacier and Mt rainier is fukking massive.
After coast for a few days we’re going to spend 2 days in leavensworth which will be about all I can handle from Seattle crowd.
I will not be venturing closer than 1 hour to Seattle and only to quickly drive past with windows rolled up and AC on circulate.

You need to Raniermaxx if you are heading that way. It's the single most beautiful place I have ever seen.

Western side ain't so bad if you can avoid the yuppies and tweekers. Used to know a girl up in south seattle and would visit during summers -- always made it a priority to go to ocean shores and Wenatchee area, beautiful wilderness. Enjoy your camping trip!
