Any1 here aware of Shilajit?
Apparently it's an obscure supplement that helps decrease aging, increase testosterone, increase mental clarity and focus. It's like a tar-like resin/oil derived from decomposed plants and other stuff over thousands of years found in the Himalayan mountains.

It’s not obscure in the supplement world. It’s fairly well known.
It’s only had a few human studies but they showed promise. Decreased inflammation, lowered oxidated stress, slowed fatigue in trained men and had an increase in testosterone but not clinically relevant.
Issue is with purity. The positive is associated with the purified Fulvic Acid extract called PrimaVie. Which is what you need to use, not the shilajit itself as it contains tons of heavy metals.
