Larry Wheels decides to stop gear after 10 years

Still gonna be on TRT. His endogenous Test production potential is gone. Putting a short hold on his 1,000 lb DL PR. Not permanent.

He is probably gonna hate it not being able to toss around chit tons of weight. He said he has gone off cycle and dropped 30-40 lbs/ I hope this doesnt put him in a bad depression or mess with his mental health. Seems like a cool guy.

TRT is probably going to be doses of 200mg+ a week which is enough to be superhuman anyway.

Some of these TRT doses are INSANE that people get prescribed/take.

Dude is definitely a freak of nature. I'm sure he will find a way to stay relevant. But i also think he will either miss all the ego lifting or fall into obscurity and then hop back on the horse becaus eof htat

Healthwise, yes. But like you implied, he wont be able to maintain that huge mass. WHich is mainly what he is known for. That and his crazy lifts

This is the folly of being a "fitness youtuber." The fans only watch for bigger and bigger lifts month to month, and if he's not on the sauce anymore, thats not going to happen.
What will very well happen is he'll attempt some lift that he once thought he could push/pull, and that attempt will charter a itinerary to Snap City and put him out of commission.

At this point, I hope he's developed a backup plan to make money.

Thats why I never got on TRT I have a family history of hypertension and I heard it will enlarge your prostate and give high cholesterol

They can be managed, but you'd have to get on prescription meds to manage them. Your reasoning is the same as mine (HTN in the family) thats why I haven't gotten on TRT. I don't want to be dependent on any supplement or drug just to live.

dude should hang out with pete rubish. he knows how to stay strong under any circumstance.

I suspect some heart issues come more from insulin abuse causing calcification than test alone.

Theres a small cadre of lifters I really respect and Larry Wheels has made it. The dudes who share the lifestyle and wise management of it do a lot to help the industry imo.

you gotta admit, making gear talk off limits at the same time t ren came on the scene was the right call.

The other boards embraced it openly and many have died a decade or so later.

bb.com made an executive decision to go against consensus for the better of their customer, and it hurt them. I'm sure whoever made that decision is long gone now....
