During the day the roof heats up gradually from the sun , and then continues to stay warm or even really hot for a while after sundown radiating some of that heat down to the house. For that reason you will often see attic vents and fans under the roof even though nobody lives or goes up there.

Yeah I live in an apartment though and not in the top floor.

Though probably it has the same effect through windows. But then again I use the AC to remove the heat but the moment I turn it off heat comes back. Hows that?

How come the moonlight is colder than the shade at nighttime? Especially if the moon is being lit up by the sun?

Lots of thermometer experiments out there.

We are not where NASA says we are

Cause your home has insulation so there’s a delayed effect from the time the outdoors heats up to when the inside heats up
Best lifts:
Bench press: 315x5
Squat: 465x1
Strict press: 205x5
Deadlift: 405x13 (conv tap'n'go with straps)

“Steroids is now just a word that the lazy and ignorant use to describe any guy that has more muscle and dedication than them”– Mike O'Hearn

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."

when the sun sets, it becomes more humid. This increased humidity filters into the house making it more unpleasant inside.
