I can't believe you listed the overrated garbage piece of sh!t, The Alchemist, amongst actual good books, but anyway... based on your book list I would recommend The Republic by Plato. Also, since you like Meditations you'd probably be a fan of any writings by Epictetus or Seneca.

Edit: some other random recs:
East of Eden by John Steinbeck - this book is often considered to the GOAT when it comes to prose
Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson - this is simultaneously the greatest sci-fi novel and the greatest action novel of all time. It is a defining book for the cyber-punk genre. It's probably the most entertaining piece of fiction ever written.

Anna Karenina is the best novel I've ever read.

If you like Brothers K then read Dostoevsky's other most famous work, Crime and Punishment.

Try some of Plato's dialogues.

Some people hate alchemist for some reason. Maybe it's too simplistic

A History of Pi, by Beckmann

Dont let the dry title deter you: while it is about the constant pi, it's really an offbeat book that incorporates general history going back to Egypt/Mesopotamia. It is a great commentary on the superiority of science/mathematics over the babble of philosophy. It also (successfully) argues why Greek Civilization was >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Roman Civilization (e.g. there is a chapter literally titled "The Roman Pest"). The math sections can be glossed or skipped over without losing the gist of the overall narrative, if math isnt your thing.

Fiction-wise, I enjoyed the original James Bond novels by Ian Fleming, well written, style unmatched. Culturally they are a bit dated (which Im sure the misc doesnt mind). There are 14 of them, starting with Casino Royale. If spy/thrillers are your thing. There are new Bond books written 'in the style of Fleming'....but the original Fleming's are the best.
