You think Biden can handle a whole year campaigning. 2020 was an anomaly. He won't be able to hide in his basement and win reelection.

There's a better chance of him dying than getting re-elected.

By dying I mean from natural causes or sickness (Nice try FBI).

Thats why the gimmies are so effective....if you are a beneficiary of the gimmies, you're not voting for the guy running on ending it.

PS. Biden won't be the 2024 nominee.

Gotta love vote buying schemes right before the mid-terms with the peoples money...especially using the peoples money that dont agree with him.

What sort of Republic is this that public funds can be used to sway the electorate right before an election...

...and Im not being a political hack. I about blew my lid when Kemp pulled his "hand out" stunts right before the Republican primaries in Georgia.

There should be laws about extending social benefits using tax dollars within six months of an election...

Imagine if you couldnt afford to go to school and didnt want to go into debt so you have a low paying job and are poor....and now you have to pay for other peoples college loans.

Tell me again how the Liberals are for the poor? The liberals just stuck a bunch of hard working minorities that are border line poor with a bunch of debt of middle class white folks that went to college. Liberals out here funding privilege as fast as they can go. You cant even make this stuff up..

LOL ...just LOL - This country is a joke.

Neither party is for the poor. Democrats throw scraps to the poor every now and then like this to juice votes. The Republicans do the same thing with tax cuts.

Truth but the Republicans dont claim moral superiority while the Democrats scream (as a main party platform) they are for the poor.

Neither party cares about the poor because the poor cant do anything for them outside of casting a vote.

At least the Republicans are honest about it.

I'd agree with you if the two parties were equal in their disdain for the lower class. The Dems may lie about their true loyalties and don't support the poor enough, but the Republicans go out of their way to be actively hostile towards the poor.

Would you like to provide a few example of how the Republicans are openly hostile towards the poor?

..and by the way Im a Libertarian. I do end up voting for Republicans at times but thats because the Democrats have lost the entire plot. At the end of the day Im an outsider looking in on the two train wrecks of the major political parties in the US. There are MANY things I cant stand about the Republicans.

All he has to do is get weed legalized before midterms, so not only will dems sweep midterms when they vote for legalization, he'll also get reelected for freeing the prisoners who are in for weed charges.

This is political theater. The majority of people that have massive student loan debt have it through private banks, not the government. None of this "forgiveness" is for private loans. (Ded fkn Srs)

Sure, their core platform calls for significant reduction of government spending, regardless of their empirical efficacy. The easiest example is their willingness to gut programs like social security, medicaid and medicare, and on-topic - public education. All of those things are critical lifeline for the poor that improve their material conditions. Hell, even abortion is critical relief valve for those that are not in a position to support a child (the poor), and they just did a victory lap on killing access to it.
