Reminder for Rentcels: Rent is due next week, better hustle!

To all the Rentcels out there - don't forget that rent is coming up!

I'll remind you that with most landlords and leasing offices, they are generous enough to offer you scum a 72hour grace period before they will impose those pesky $35 late fees!
