Sober September - thinking about going for it. Anyone want to join me?

Been a good summer of partying but I need to curb my alcohol patterns a bit and figured September is a good month to try for a month booze free. Wondering if any miscers want to join the cause and support each other. Have a wedding in October but no major events for a while. Let me know and I can make a list.

Currently have a couple of beers a night about five days a week and it's becoming a habit I'd rather break. I know there are some sober miscers as well and have upmost respect.

Yeah, that's what I did about 15 years ago. Only 1 drinking session a week, usually Friday nights. Now at 50 I'm trying to keep it to once a month.
