Sure i like to lift but i admit i took it too far. How do I get back to a lean athletic swimmers/brad pitt fight club body type?
Im 5-11 240 but a beast with abs
Anyone done this? I have to lose muscle to do this I assume? Whats my game plan?

I’m skeptical that you have any “abs” to speak of, OP.
In any case, you just need to stop lifting and lose weight by eating leas and doing more cardio. Keep in mind, it’s generally unwise to intentionally lose muscle. Your body will also only allow you to lose so much muscle before catabolizing heart tissue, but then again, at 240 I’m sure you’ve got plenty of fat to lose. You’re definitely fatter than you think, & your physique will benefit from keeping up your lifting.
All that being said, this entirely goes out the window if non natty.

Start cycling, geta ncycling training plan and follow it. In not time your muscles will shrink and you will lose the muscular cow look that most powerlifters get.

What's the point of being 240 lb? I was 6'0 240~245 lb during the peak of covid, and I had a decent amount of muscle (~500 lb squat, 315 lb power clean, etc.), but I felt heavy and chitty. I didn't like the way I look, although I didn't look fat, and girls don't like a bulky look either. It's bad for your health to carry so much weight.
Literally no point in being a fat muscly boi over striving for a lean and athletic look.
