Obesity is the greatest epidemic in the US and the source of other issues
Obesity continues to experience explosive growth with no signs of slowing down, today over 70% of US adults are overweight and over 40% are morbidly obese, that is 113+ million people, its estimated that the US has 15+ million that are over 300 pounds
The average US white man weighs 202 pounds, the average US white woman weighs 171 pounds
The average US black man weighs 198 pounds, the average US black woman weighs 186 pounds
Why is this an epidemic of worse than anything else confronting humankind?
Morbid obesity has the obvious related health issues but what goes largely ignored is that obesity is directly linked to a decrease in testosterone / increase in estrogen in males + increase in testosterone / decrease in estrogen in females, this is directly linked to the level of degeneracy in both males and females + substance abuse
This is the greatest threat to the US and should be the top priority to fix asap, imagine how great this country could be if every man had a bf less than 15% and every woman had a bf less than 20%, it should be illegal for people to consume anything other than water until they achieve these levels

Yeah almost everyone is right below or over 30 bmi now. Many are well over 35 bmi. You almost never see anyone in the healthy range anymore.

Yup. Obesity was responsible for most of the COVID deaths as well, and yet zero attention given to what would be the best thing you could do for yourself during the pandemic.

obesity makes a LOT of money for big pharma/food industry/healthcare/less social security to pay out.
It's $$$. Why do you think govts have zero desire to combat it? Healthy people will make big pharma bankrupt. Guess who controls govt last 2 years?
Make everyone carnivore, like they were 200 years - 4 million years ago, there goes your standard obesity and modern diseases.
Also thousands of jobs, trillions in revenue, drs being laid off, trillions in social security for seniors living til 99.
It's an agenda. Can't have that. Heck, Canada is literlaly preparing to euthanisize old folks very soon.

Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto/low carb. Create calorie deficit. Buy packaged healthy meals if needed. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

Single mothers/ single parent households is the biggest epidemic but obesity is a close second.
Everything bad in the country is symptom stemming from being raised without a strong family unit.

Obesity >
Males with excess estrogen/females with excess testosterone >
Weakwilled men / overly strongwilled women >
Degenerate mindset >
Selfish with no real greater purpose >
Sex perceived as an act of pleasure and not primarily reproduction >
Offsprings viewed as less important than selfish pleasures so trade providing for children for degenerate pursuits >
Single mothers raising children unable to truly fulfill father role >
Lack of family unit leads to children internalizing a degenerate mindset >
Cycle repeats and can only be stopped with the elimination of the obesity epidemic

What do we do about this? All anyone wants to do anymore is eat/drink alcohol and watch movies. Almost everyone is obese unless you live in Colorado or something.

One of the biggest problem is mental health prescriptions.
My Dr. just increased my Abilify and I get so hungry at night I can’t sleep. Im going to talk to her about it. I have WAY less anxiety with Abilify but when I first started taking it in 2019 I gained 40 lbs and just wanted to sleep all of the time.
When I started taking SSRIs in 2003 I was tired and hungry all of the time as well. A lot of Americans are on SSRIs, which are antidepressants.
Im going to ask my Dr. for a certain anti-d which causes weight loss as I took that in 2012-2015 and got in great shape while following the same bb diet I eat now. It causes seizures if you do bulimia so that’s why my Dr. took me off of it.
It’s so frustrating.

There isn't a single person in my office that is in shape. Its fukking disgusting.
People who have their cigarettes right on the table because they can't be too far away from them.
People who have eaten fast food for lunch for literally 20 consecutive work days.
People who literally vape tobacco/weed when management has left the building
Lines going out of the breakroom whenever someone brings donuts into the office.
Had a 28 year old guy who SEEMED to have been the only other guy in shape in the office tell me about how he was so gassed because he got a new apartment on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
Absolutely disgusting. Get me out of here. I knew IT was bad but not like this.

As mentioned above, depression is huge here , and 2/3 of the world's antidepressants are sold in the usa, plus if you combine that with those that use food as medicine for depression then you have a really crappy combination going on.
Then you add the video game, Netflix, cell phone culture and you have a recipe for sedentary non active individuals that don't burn many calories.
Then you look at fresh food like other countries serve compared to out fast casual 20 dollar fast food and what do you think happens. I have never seen so many fat kids at any point in time.

I could never be obese based on my genetics. Thanks dad. Unless I basically force feed myself, I lose weight and will maintain a naturally skinny/athletic physique no matter what I eat. My only fat storage would be my belly area. I don't drink alcohol so I don't have a beer belly. I'm also somewhat active.
However, based on what I see with most people, is that it takes a long time to get obese, but it is obvious why. All it takes are bad habits over a couple year period to put you at a fat baseline. Most people get poor sleep, have poor stress management, drink coffee with tons of creamer and sugar daily multiple times, eat tons of carbs, aren't physically active daily, eat poorly, and do all of this mixed with that constant comfort of life equals being extremely unhealthy and overweight.
Americans food is the number #1 attack on people's health. I posted a thread about this yesterday, but people just don't truly understand how bad our food is for us.

Back in the 90s Homer Simpson was considered hilariously fat and he was "only" like 230lbs.
Standards have slipped so much.
Standards have slipped so much.
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.
The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."
The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."

I am currently on holiday an an inclusive resort, the amount of food that some people pile onto their plate is fckn horrific.
This one couple heap up their plates and then have a 3rd plate laden with bread rolls and more food
Needless to say they are massively obese and disgusting
Portion control is off the charts

It's unbelievable because its 2022 and the information is out there. The lack of knowledge excuse could be used 20 years ago, but now it's inexcusable.

Industrial society did this to us
Kazynski was right
Also following his lines of thought with how the leftist mind works it will go like this.
Outlaw speaking against fat people (discrimination)
-create an even worse obesity epidemic
Outlaw junk food for the greater good or change regulations so all junk food now use officially “healthy” foods. These will most likely alter hormones etc to make people more docile and able to harmonize with the system
-now freedoms taken away and even worse discrimination and overall loss of freedoms due to same policies that didn’t allow a more moderate approach to be taken.
He would of course note that no system of food production should even be apart of large scale technology but rather it should be prioritized into each individuals daily power process fulfillment. But whatever.
