He needs to add isolations to maintain his physqiue, not jumps and power cleans.

OP, you can maintain overall strenght and even gain, but your biceps - for instance - will obviously be weaker without curls.

literally just need to add 2 or 3 sets of curls to the end of your workout on days you do rows

No, not at all. There’s a reason all bodybuilders do curls - hell, even pro armwrestlers are curl freaks.

currently maintaining strength on squats, bench and ohp because im too lazy to go to gym more than once a week

possible, but far from ideal. needs something more for hamstrings at least, disbalance sucks

not maintaining physique at all tho, im on that bloatlord time

Maintenance comes from total weekly volume, not exercise selection. The benefit from compounds is that they hit more than 1 muscle group and it’s still counted towards weekly volume. Maintain at least 10 sets per body part and you’ll be fine.

I like jump rope for conditioning. It’s also great for calves.
