Japan is not a sustainable country.

Brb

- perfect cars
- perfect manners
- perfect careers

All of that stuff requires an insane amount of effort to achieve and upkeep. It's no wonder why they have declining birthrate and huge mental problems(high suicide rates amongst SK and Japan).

It's not a sustainable lifestyle. I can speak from experience. I used to want to be perfect and to be the "best" at every thing I do. But getting older now, I realize its just not sustainable and not worth the effort. However, it doesn't absolve one from getting $hit done.

So, I type this out to warn miscers. You don't have to be perfect. But you do have to put in some effort. A lot of the ideals here are unrealistic and quite frankly its a warped view of life, 100K+ income, big houses, expensive cars, etc etc. Don't strive to be perfect. Strive to get it done.

That's because the RyuKyuan are not ethnic Japanese... They are regarded as racially different than the Yamato people... Yamato people = ethnic Japanese.... they have Japanese citizenship and full rights, but they do face a lot of discrimination in Japan.

An Afghan with Japanese nationality is counted as ethnically japanese on census. THey don't separate the two .

the Japanese did perfect the automobile in practice. out of all cars that are attainable to the masses, for the lase 2 decades, Toyotas have been most thoughtfully designed and consistently built cars on the road mechanically, from bumper to bumper.

only gripe people have with Toyotas is "muh infotainment", well yea its great to have all the modern appendages, but id rather have outdated tech on a proven platform built with exacting precision than a second rate lazily designed machine with a nice screen

That doesn't mean the cars are perfect. If the masses can buy them, they are far from perfect. Most sustainable etc is a different story.

In the 20th century, Japan copied European car blueprints, specifically German.
