Possible to still get gains once you are in your 30s?

Is my tour over and it's gonna be just a struggle to maintain or can I put some more effort and grow some more?

I’m getting stronger but my measurements aren’t growing, I’ll report back in a few months whether gains were made

A few years ago I guy I worked with was 36 years old and 5'10"/135lbs and wanted to gain weight. I loaned him my copy of this book...

18 months later he was 205lbs and his waist remained the same size.

He also found a girlfriend for the first time in his miserable life.
