yeah all that latt chit is popularised by someone called Kassem Hanson, a fat coach who owns N1 training, he's got a lot of fanboys
he basically thinks you need to "align the fibers" when you train, an idea made out of his own bunghole, and 'innovated' training the 'illiac latt". He's all over instagram

I never heard about the Kassem lat thing but good to see Dr. Mike already dismantling him
Dude has learned some terminology of exercise science & physiology and is making up facts & figures why his exercises are the best in the world and you should buy all his training programs online (+ merch). Just lol.
