Anyone ever go/been to cougar bars?

Been considering stepping outside my comfort zone and hitting up a cougar bar by myself. What is it like?

I'm 31, though constantly mistaken to be in my early/mid 20s. I'm no Chad, but I'm fairly attractive.

How is my competition there? Any advice you boyos got is appreciated
