Anyone had Chronic Prostatits here?
How do you cure this shat? I had E.coli which caused serious pain in prostate and balls. Took antibiotics twice and the Latest few tests state I'm cleared of it but there are still symptoms although way way milder. It has been over a year now
Read that CPPS/ Prostatitis is mostly due to a tight pelvic floor that occurred after a prolonged infection one of which is Acute Bacterial prostatitis.
Dead srs need some advice from someone who had CPPS/ Chronic Prostatitis

I used to have no idea was it was. Felt like I had a golfball in my gooch area sometimes after soccer or lifting. I was so tight that it made it worse. I also ate anything and everything so my gut was alway pretty fukked.
Diet wise eat whole foods. Steak and eggs help with your prostate. Cut out dairy for a while. Drink warm bone broth twice a day.
A big problem with antibiotics is that it completely destroys your entire microbiome. Especially strong or several uses. So you have to rebuild your gut microbiome.
What symptoms do you have? Give me everything.

Also the main one, slight ED and loss of sensation in penis. I know this isn't hormonal since bloods are 10/10 and everything started when sperculture results came out with me having crap in my prostate which is now clear but as stated, there are still issues with my penor.

Whole food only diet, nothing artificial.
You have to understand artificial chemical food and drink has phucked you up, so your tour on that stuff is over.

Alcohol and caffeine are your prostates biggest enemy . Of course it had to be the best two substances known to man kind.If I use either my prostrate gets enflamed ,and it feels as though I have a urinary infection.
Actually I’ve had this issue since 94 , so it’s not an old man thing

Do a ketogenic diet for at least 4 weeks, take some anti-inflammatories for a week, and skip out on caffeine and alcohol. That should do it, srs. Do some stretching and exercises for your pubic region, glutes, hamstrings, quads and hip flexors.
Don't worry it goes away. srs. I had it on and off for 3 years straight and had no idea what was going on. I just lived with it until my nurse gf figured it out haha.

Most diagnosis of prosititis are incorrect. In many cases pelvic floor dysfunction causes the symptoms. I was misdiagnosed and as a med student I wanted to research myself to see if the diagnosis was appropriate. During my research I believe an scientific article pointed out that 70-90% of prosititis like symptoms were cause by Pelvic floor dysfunction. In my case I looked up yoga techniques to relax the pelvic floor and my symptoms went away within two weeks or less. The only time it may come back is when I aggravate the pelvic floor by squating too deep or incorrect sitting while riding a bike.
