I see why people are dying of cardiovascular disease

Vascular disease is the second leading killer of Americans. It's a compounding thing since people are overweight and modern life has made things so easy. I did real cardio yesterday is it wasn't THAT tough but it was tough enough to the point where I can see why people drop dead every year from vascular disease.

RIP Americans.

Exactly. Has nothing to do with sheep taking part in vaccine trials willingly or not.

You can run until you fall over every single day but it's not going to reverse the insane amounts of fat & cholesterol North America consumes as a whole

Strenuous exercise is not recommended for people that are stage 2+ obese because it can trigger infarctions

In Biden's economy it now costs more to cook full meals @ home than it does to stop by Mcdonald's

White countries have the lowest life expectancies at 70 years, while Japan is 74.

Exercise helps with all of that. Start where you are at. But start somewhere.
