How do I procure a cougar?

I'm 6'1, 26, still have hair on my head, 24% bodyfat, and have tanned skin - nothing wrong with me physically or mentally, just slightly shy. My only problem is how I dress: basketball shorts & shoes, and a t shirt. I've been dressing like this ever since I was a teen and didn't really notice the time fly by.

you could try a live trap in an area they are known to inhabit, i feel like a wild cougar could be hard to domesticate though.

First of all, dress like an adult - ie collared shirt and nice pants with decent shoes. Secondly, go where they hang out. You likely have a local cougar bar, or country bars are often frequented with older women. Then it's as easy as picking one up (and at a bar that's REALLY easy) and having to deal with how they look naked. They are great FWBs and often also really good in bed.

Dating apps are also like fish in a barrel for younger guys looking for older women.

Create a Craiglist advert as a 'handyman', no job too small. As long as you can actually change a fuse, paint wood etc, works great I imagine

Dude cougars want the young, lithe, fit, not-dad-bod guys. That's their whole thing. They don't want the 40 year old who gave up on looking and feeling good.

Get in better shape and you literally won't need to procure one, they'll procure you.
