Has been 5 days since I hired him and I have putten more time in answering his petty questions.

When will Patel realise that they are underpaid not because of their skills but because of their horrible work culture?

There's a big cultural difference.

The women are generally easy going to work with and so are the Americanized male Indians, but the ones that are offshore or over on H1B visas can be really abrupt and difficult to engage with. You have to learn to be firm with them and not let them push you to get what they want if it impacts your job. Sigh. It's not easy.
