Should the press only allowed to use a Quill and paper, and deliver news by horse?

The founding fathers never could have imagined the internet or other modern forms of communication. They only knew of quills, ink, and paper, and news was disseminated by a rider on a horse.

Should there be limits placed on the press to only use the forms of communication that the founding fathers knew about?

Strong parody of anti-2nd ammendment positions/10. Would also entertain arguments about televised religion and assembling in virtual spaces.

So the answer is no, the founding fathers did not envision computers and the internet, or ways of personal written expression outside a quill and paper.

I assume then that liberals will be for regulations on those mediums.
