Might try making it. What do you put or use on yours?

Hard to buy quality seafood in a landlocked state but I have seen people eat Costco salmon raw

seaweed wrap + white rice + canned tuna or crab meat = homemade sushi.

Then use soy sauce and some chilli paste for the dip.

It's pretty cheap and easy to make. You don't need a rice cooker, you can use that microwave instant white rice.

I made sushi two years ago after my brother and I caught a 200lb tuna. I think we just used seaweed wrap, sushi rice, cucumber sticks, and the tuna. You need to actually get sushi rice. It's stickier than regular rice. Also, you need a sushi rolling mat. It's like a square bamboo mat that you use to roll up the rolls. It was fun to do and delicious because of how fresh the fish was. I'd do it again if we get another tuna like that again.

Pretty sure you can get cheap seasoning at Walmart. And if you really wanna get fancy, you can sprinkle some fried Onions on your homemade sushi as well.

The most important thing is your roll technique: you spread the rice on the seaweed wrap, then spread the tuna on top of the rice. Then you roll the seaweed wrap like you roll a carpet/rug (not like a burrito).
