Edamame/Soybean Protein Pasta

Any brahs eat them?

Roughly 20g protein per serving, 20g carbs

About 200calories per serving total

Fuk soy protein, I don’t trust that chit. Just returned protein bars cause main protein is soy.

Yeah drop the soy.

I tried chickpea pasta as a substitute - it is okay, but sometimes not worth the change over the real deal imo.

Haven't tried pasta made from it, but just edamame itself is pretty solid as a snack

I honestly avoid plant protein. 95% of these types of foods have various fibers, phytochemicals, and protective mechanisms that wreak havoc on my digestive system.

Red lentil or Chick pea flour pasta aint bad. Kinda dry though

Easy/cheap way to add protein to the diet
Still need some kinda animal protein too, but not as much

I've had red lentil pasta. It's okay. Put some pasta sauce on it and it will taste good.
