Any hemorrhoid brahs?
How to cure this sht fast? Yes I know tell my bf to ease up and sht blah blah lol I'm serious ****g0ts. It's summer and I want to go out and phuking enjoy but I'm here laying on my stomach miscing cuz my angus looks like phuking mordor.
I been using the cream, taking metamucil and laying on my stomach for most of the day. It's definitely gotten better but I just wanna know if you brahs had experiences with this sht and any way to speed up the healing process.

Suppositories and cream srs. I had it once, not even a severe case but it was pissening. Never bought cheap toilet paper since srs, I buy the most expensive stuff in the store, your rusty sheriffs badge will thank you for it.
You can also use loperamide in high doses for a couple days. Not exactly healthy but it will give your ass a break. Laxatives might help, never tried it that way

Drink metamucil it works fast. Take 2 tablespoons worth. Clear my assbleeds within 5 days.

Preparation H and rest until it resolves. Also use wipes that have witch hazel on them to help with itching.

A lot of good tips here- especially the suppositories. Those work surprisingly well. The one thing I’ll add is horse chestnut. Just recovering from the most painful one I’ve had and a friend recommended horse chestnut pills. Once I started taking them twice a day it just took a couple days to really start shrinking. 100% srs look it up.

You need to exercise, go for a jog or some shiit, get the blood flow away from your anus and into your muscles

I had one around 2016 and that cleared it up pretty quick. I think the cause of it was I was doing a lot of sit ups.

Have to agree with others...Psyllium husk/metemucil is something I will use the rest of my life. I guarantee its already paid for itself from saving toilet papar. Baby wipes are amazing too but you don't need them as much or at all when supplementing with psyliium husk.
Ur issue should go away on its own OP. If it doesn't after a month seek medical attention, but its not life threatening or an emergency so you'll be aight. Worst story I've heard is a buddy needed to get surgery for his. Mine happened maxing deads/squats but it went away in a couple weeks, then if I lift heavy again it can come back, but its nothing it never bothers me at all.
And assuming this is from lifting its time to strengthen your core, not wear a belt (creates muscular imbalance), do ab wheel (knees and standing when u get better), back extensions with weight, leg raises, planks, sit-ups, beltless front squats etc.
You must strengthen your entire midsection so you can stay tighter and be less prone to something like this happening again or worse...Hernia.
