Is this your first dog or no? I have 3 dogs (just got a new pup at 9 weeks old and he's 14 weeks now.) The whining/crying is normal and I know it's hard but ignore it. I suggest covering her crate if you don't already. They can't see what's going on around them and it's more quiet/peaceful. Just stay consistent with your training, get them on a schedule and stick to it.

She'll be fine and good luck!

Bro...I get that there is some degree of separation anxiety with a 9 week old only days removed from her mother and last sibling, but man she has some PIPES when it comes to being loud.
