Portland was easily the worst city I’ve ever visited. Blocks and blocks of tents and vagrants yelling screaming. People ambling around in the street. Going to the bathroom wherever. Not out of the ordinary to be sitting in a restaurant and someone just walks in yelling.

I live in Manhattan. Portland and Seattle are close to being the absolute worst when it comes to homeless.
