Moon lands on man

But recently its sunk in that my time is incredibly limited. Seems like last week I was 16, then 26...now I am 36...

I know that I will be sitting here thinking the exact same thing when I am 46.

Seriously thinking about bang for my buck when I decide what I am doing with my time. Gotta pack all the chit I want to do into the next 30 years boyos.

Anyone else think about this daily and, if so, does it affect how you live?

Aware. I wouldn't say that I think about it daily though.

I took my daughter to visit her grandparents last week. The subjective sense of speed can give you whiplash.

When I met my FIL he was only about 5 years older than I am now. He was reasonably fit and quite active with various household projects. Now he is nearly 80 and seems to have lost a lot of muscle mass. Has to have help most times getting up from a chair.

Aware or not we are all on a clock.

I find it absolutely pissening that people spunk in each other to bring others here that die or witness the parent die

Its that pissening they must be 98% NPC controlled

Its absolutely pissening practically murder

Only reason it ain't illegal is because the elite need a populous society to stay in a commanding position

My grandmother passed away recently and I occasionally think about the older generation that I grew up with and how they are almost all gone and realizing that I'm working my way into the older generation. Puts some things in perspective.

My shoulders are pretty fragile now.

I am gonna re think my lifting and focus on rotator cuff exercises and longer term health stuff, along with maintaining mass.

I mostly try not to think about it, thanks for bringing it up OP.

But seriously, I'm definitely at the age where everything seems like time is zooming by. My parents are approaching 70. In my head my dad is the same guy I played basketball with as a teenager. My oldest is a junior in high school, and it seems like just yesterday we were brining him home from the hospital as a new baby. Wedding day doesn't seem that long ago, but we just hit 19 years. Time flies.

Incline bench is a no go for me now. Dumbbells are fine tho. A more neutral hand position and no more pain.

I actually do ok with pressing these days, but it's curls (anything above 15lb dbs) and chinups that screws it. Pretty sure it's my bicep tendon popping out of the groove.

I did have some pressing pain before, but working on my mobility (shoulder dislocations, rolling upper back, increasing external rotation), in addition to my programmed PT (for my diagnosed bicep tendonitis), helped a lot.

You guys ever play Battlefield 5?

When you get shot and go down, there's a clock running where you can be revived by a teammate. If you are feeling optimistic about your chances, you can hold down left click and stretch that time out. If you arent, you can hold down right-click, choose for your time to blow by at like 5x, and speed-die.

I'm right-clicking this life.

I almost died once already and when I was laying in the hospital bed ready to give up the ghost I felt an immense amount of regret for all the time I spent rotting and specifically playing video games.
