And i'm talking about where you hit macros and eat whole foods and progressive overload in the gym. 2013-2014 was absolutely the last time i heard anything about this. Last time i saw any bulking and cutting threads. Last time i saw any motivation. Here's some motivation.
PC specs

Metal crew
Introvert/INTJ crew

Yeah but its hard af to do.
Being both on the growth chit back in the day to now. Twice as more time in the gym/food etc. It's not as easy because the prices on everything going up.
But its satisfying I won't stroke out or get some sort of internal failure.
Knew of some bros that weren't natty that died in their 40s from that and they were peak level fitness/cut big stacked at 180-200lbs.

I lift 5x per week, and have no idea where to even get Test.
Honestly though, I was looking pretty fuking weak earlier this year until I started taking Creatine again. Then gained like 20 pounds of muscle in 2 months with that and eating McDonald's like 5-6 times per week. I've been lifting for a long time, but never realized how easy it is to gain muscle if you eat like a pig and workout hard, as I've mostly been dieting over the last 4-5 years.
