Precisely why I can't help but laugh at the BJJ for self defense shills. That dude could have been the best BJJ practitioner in the world and the skill-set would have been completely worthless to him in that situation. To be honest he didn't look well trained he's just big and a natural fighter.


I've said it before and I'll say it again. Boxing is the only logical choice for a self defense martial art. If the dude in the OP would have been a boxer he'd have most likely had multiple KO's in that scuffle.

2 guarantees when fighting NASA engineers. They don't do 1 on 1, it almost always has to be at least 3 vs 1. And if you fall to the ground they will kick you in the head. They saw him bodyslamming the skinny dude as their chance to get him on the ground and bumrushed him in hopes of that. Thankfully he stayed up or he'd have gotten so many kicks in the head.
