Jury Duty

Have you ever served on a trial? What was it

If you didn’t, how did you get out of serving

Where I live there is just a box on the back of the form that asks why you want to be excused. I say that I am self employed or a commission salesman and wont get paid if i miss work. Just send it back in that its done.

I threw it out. That was it.

I remember my college coach had to go and he got picked. Was offseason. He was part a major murder trial and it was an extremely interesting case with a lot of odd details. He spent like 3 days deliberating or something. Felt like he spent 2 weeks having to go.

That's Chicago for you.

Yeah I was on a trial once and this guy stole a loaf of bread because his family was on the verge of starving

So I held out until all the other jurors agreed to execute him
Would kick em in the nuts

I got picked up a couple of years ago.

This dude was having sex with his 8 year old daughter and promising iPhones and ****. He's locked up now.

Come to find out later that he had been locked up for most of her life for raping someone.

Hope he rots

If you get selected they'll show you a witness list with police names on it, just say you'll be biased against police testimony because of all the shootings or a bad experience or some shut... and they'll release you no problem.
