IMO Whey Protein Isolate doubles the insulin spike

First, the sugar in it. Second, the leucine in it.

Whey Protein Isolate = Twice the insulin spike.

Hence, slows down fat loss.

For pros and PED users, it's okay to use it because they use drugs and insulin to shuttle the protein into their muscles but for us natural, it doesnt work that way.

Conclusions: Stick to whole foods because they digest well and work very well with your body.

Yes, go watch Thomas Delaure about Whey protein powder. And also by experience. I felt bloated and watery whenever I used it.

Back in 2020, I didnt use whey, just whole foods and I didn't gain fat easily despite eating 5 times a day on a bulk. On top of this, I ran every other day. And the results were astonishing. I was gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. P.s prior to running, I just drank plain black coffee. And it helped a lot!
