OMAD for protein? 100+grams in one meal

Will this be fine for meeting requirements or is the body wasting most of it after ~40 grams?

The truth is your body can only process so many nutrients in a given period through the GI system, that's why when you're given something like an oral antibiotic it's a higher dose than you need because you will excrete some of it out naturally

I wouldn't slam that much protonz @ once on any kind of a long term basis simply because of how hard it is on the liver & intestines

Intake a lot of fiber & water if you're going to

If you truly believe your body doesn't absorb more then 40g of protein and you're doing that diet. Why not just only eat 40g of protein total for the day?

Jay Cutler eats over 100g of protein every morning for breakfast. And has been doing it for nearly 30 years with no issues. There are also quite a few Carnovorish guys that eat large quantities (80-100g) at one meal. And have been for 10+ years. And they are also in good health.

Its really hard to know what's bull**** and what's true. Even nutritionists and doctors don't all agree. There is a growing community of Doctors that are advocating Carnivore/high protein diets. Some of those Drs are eating massive quantities of protein in one sitting.
