According to the mother the boy is actually 15 and mentally ill. Plus he's 270 pounds. She has to send him away if she can't keep control.

apparently the kid was off his meds.

There was a concerted effort to damage everything to the greatest extent possible. He had to have a sledge hammer or something. At that point you may as well demolish the house and start all over.

This is why as a guy in his mid 30s I still absolutely no desire to have kids. You never know what you kid will turn out to be like.
