Can You Develop Food Allergies Later In Life? (Srs)
So I'm still dealing with my health problems now which have been plaguing me since jan 2021.
I am trying to connect the dots and test everything I can..
but something weird I noticed is that the symptoms get worse after I eat..
Like.. ive been feeling pretty damn good all day but then just had my daily meal of oatmeal, peanut butter, fruits, banana and whey.. and the symptoms came back hard. Weird fuzzy pain, dizziness, cant feel my face that well..
wtf could that be? diabetes issue?, high blood pressure ? orrrr.. have I developed some allergy to sht ive eaten my whole life with no probs?.. maybe peanut butter or oats?
I've fukd with the rest of my diet and none of those changes workd but I actually havent stopped having my oatmeal daily cuz I felt like.. how can that harm me or be bad for me?
