I think I can fix Baseball
- No more unlimited time-outs: This is one of the most absurd things about the game.
Runner slides into 2nd and has to fix his pants. Nope
Pitcher isn't sure what pitch to throw and needs extra time. Nope
Batter can't concentrate and has to step out of the box. Nope
Pitcher is rattled and needs some coddling. Nope
Solution: Each team gets a limited amount of time-outs say 3 each for the whole game.
- No more unlimited visits to the mound by the coaching staff. No more coddling and discussing strategy visits.
Solution: The only time a coach can visit the mound is to make a pitching change.
- No more on field warm-ups for relief pitchers. They get plenty of warm-ups in the bullpen. That's what its for. And if all these pitchers are on pitch counts, then why the hell do they spend so much time throwing warm up pitches?
Solution: Relief pitchers must use the bullpen for warm-ups. The first throw a relief pitcher makes from the pitcher's mound on the field is their first pitch.
- Baseball is the only sport that once a player is taken out, they can't come back in. This leads to lineup and managerial problems and extends games that forces position players to pitch.
Solution: Players that get taken out of the game, can come back in. Pitchers too.
- No more proposed AI strike-zones and no more instant replay.
Solution: Keep the human element in the game. Let the players and coaches argue with the umpires if they don't like it. Lasorda and Martin were legends when it came to arguing calls. This is what makes baseball great.

For the price they're charging for tickets, they need to have a UFC fight in the middle of the 7th inning stretch, free beer, and a dedicated sloot to suck your dink when things get boring around the 5th inning.
