Insurance job?

I’m 27 and still working for minimum wage in retail after 10 years. I have no hard skills, due to being lazy and unmotivated, and I’m trying to get a job out of retail that will quickly raise my income potential.

I plan on (maybe) eventually going into web development, but I was wondering if it would be worth getting an insurance license for now to make some more money.
