Run or bike?

What do you prefer for cardio? Whats more effective?

Running is more effective (HIIT in particular) but I prefer biking 100%.

The only thing that sucks regarding the bike is it's a pretty good idea to have tools on you because if something breaks (like tire goes flat) you're gonna have a long ass walk back with your bike.
